Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays & External Factors

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us and we will assist you

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
